Pre Sales: What is your "No Risk Guarantee"?

Our No Risk Guarantee means we issue refunds on your unused hosting months, after charging you for the months already used, should you wish to cancel your hosting plan .
However, this excludes appropriate monthly charges if you paid for an annual plan. The monthly rate will apply months already used since the discount only applies to annual payment plans. Example you paid for $30 (thespian plan) for a year's hosting and cancelled your plan after 3 months . We will base your past 3 months on the fees we charge for recurrent monthly payment scheme.

Recurrent monthly is $3.00 a month = $9.00
Refund is $21.00 for the unused 9 months remaining of the hosting period.
