Camwhoring
Thanks to two wonderful things called a webcam and Yahoo Messenger , I was able to talk to Chris from the wee hours of 1:00 AM till 4:30 AM. I’ve never done this before. Next time it’ll be his turn to stay awake after midnight. I don’t think I can stay up that late every weekend.

My fishes and why I named them such
Here are my fishes…. (photos taken by my sister)
Meet Confucious. The logic behind Confucious’ name is stupid. I picked it because it keeps ramming itself against the glass, like it wants to get out of the tank and can’t remember why it’s trapped inside in the first place. I couldn’t think of any other name that meant “confused". So Confucious it was.
Meet Kitty, a catfish. He likes staying at the bottom.
Meet Tutankhamen. He just lies amongst the plants or bubbles and doesn’t do much, like the child king of Egypt who is already dead.
Meet Shere Khan. The fish with angst. It keeps attacking the filter and all the other fish.

I used to be a child prodigy
Me: Mom , how old was I when I played “Polonaise"?
Mom: probably six or seven. Why?
Me: I can’t play it anymore.
Mom: Then practice again…
I looked at the pieces I played when I started learning the piano at four and good God, I think I could have been a child prodigy if only I continued. (Which makes me wonder if I’ll always just be full of potential because I never seen to realize anything.) read more?

b2 to wordpress
nimrodel.net has finally moved over to wordpress because of two reasons: spam comments and privacy. After all these years? I think my google rank is quite high that some google visitors think I can offer answers to “El Filibusterismo"homework or a synopsis of “Bridges of Madison County". Not to mention the fact that some entries are like message boards to the Sex Bomb dancers, Dekada 70 , debut, Ateneo, cute hairstyles etcetera.
Wordpress gives me a lot of features that b2 didn’t offer like comment moderation ( the answer to spam) and password protect entry and other features. If someone leaks out a password, I can easily change it again. So yeah, starting today, my journal will be password protected. For the chosen few, I ‘ll be starting some photo blog entries.
This is not a guarantee but if you want to read my entries anyway, just request for a password.
