Getting ready for paintball at the Global Gutz. Hah, it’s not as easy as it looks in RPG . I had always fantasized myself as some sort of Resident Evil heroine, blasting away at zombies that pop up from under the ground with my powerful magnum. Bleh, but in reality, it was hell….More pics
I watched Shrek 2 again with my cousins yesterday. It’s worth watching a second time. I downloaded this Shrek 2-Puss in Boots wallpaper just so I could take a pic and make it my cellphone wallpaper. Aww isn’t he just too irresistable? (view all wallpapers)

In an interview on Access Hollywood just now, Ryan Seacrest just reported (without mentioning the winner, of course) that the voting difference between winner and runner-up tonight for American Idol 3 was just over 1 %.

I don’t like either Fantasia or Diana but am leaning more towards Diana.

- is my spanish finals.
- they will show a live feed of the American Idol 3 finals via ABC channel.
- is the 4th year death anniversary of my brother

ABOUT THE AWARDS
Inspired by Flying Chair’s Annual Asia Weblog Awards, I’ve decided to create something a bit more permanent in the form of a “Promote and Vote” contest to decide the “Best Blog in Asia". The site has only been up for a few days, but has already attracted 1000 visitors a day.
Well, since it’s listed there already, you might want to vote for me?
I’m a member of a Jasmine Trias message board and I started a poll on a “Jasmine look a like contest"… aww aren’t they such a cutie? Guess who’s winning?

Patricia Evangelista, 19, won the International Public Speaking competition conducted by the English Speaking Union [ESU] in London early this month. The second-year Mass Communications student from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, beat 59 other student contestants from 37 countries, with her five-minute talk on the theme, “A Borderless World.”
This was an impromptu speech. Goodness, she thinks really fast!
WHEN I was little, I wanted what many Filipino children all over the country wanted. I wanted to be blond, blue-eyed and white.
I thought - if I just wished hard enough and was good enough, I’d wake up on Christmas morning with snow outside my window and freckles across my nose!
More than four centuries under western domination can do that to you. I have 16 cousins. In a couple of years, there will just be five of us left in the Philippines, the rest will have gone abroad in search of “greener pastures.” It’s not an anomaly; it’s a trend; the Filipino diaspora. Today, about eight million Filipinos are scattered around the world.
