a senator’s funeral
My dad brought me and my mom to Senator Cayetano’s funeral. So many people!! Hmm, what will happen now to their law firm? Dad thinks I’m going to be a lawyer eventually and be the 4th generation lawyer. Well, I don’t know yet.

I know this is quite odd but my dad is so much fun when he has a couple of beers. Like last night while having dinner:
My sister: Dad, I’m taking rock climbing for PE.
Dad: Please…I have only one favor to ask.
My sister: Don’t fall?
Dad: Just don’t wear a skirt.
My sister: duh..

Sara in Manila
Sara is in Manila for a one month vacation. I was surprised to receive an email today from her that she wanted more disk space. And that she was already in the Philippines! Hehe, Jason should read her entry on her first day in the Philippines. I had my first and second cockroach sighting last night. It was horrifying!
The trick is whack it with your slipper.

My dad’s law partner
My dad just told me this: his law partner, Senator Renato Cayetano just passed away an hour ago. *sigh* I’ll always remember the last conversation we had…that is if I watched his TV show. (I didn’t cos it’s a late night show). I’m really saddened . (Here is the full story .
