While checking my emails through mailwasher, dad happens to pass by and glances at the monitor:
Dad: LESBIAN SEX!!!??? What!!??!!?
Me: Dad, can you see that it’s a virus?
Dad: HUH?
Me: let me explain….
In mailwasher, it already identifies an email that contains a virus.

No wonder it was so easy to picture myself in your dad’s place. At least you won’t be calling me “gramps,” as I started to fear after coming out of the closet at #protagonist yesterday. Maybe I should have registered as “papa?” I guess as long as you don’t mind the situation, I’ll keep enjoying your scribings and the exchanges here.
\o: {sigh… She’s too polite to come out and say it if she does mind someone _that_ old hanging out here, but she’s diplomatic enough to hint at it by saying something like… umm… O.o. Like “My_dad_is_turning_43!” sigh …I guess there isn’t an emoticon for a spiraling psyche that I could put here. Maybe Pei’s right, though - I worry too much. If my age doesn’t seem to matter to any of the girls that temporarily catch my eye when I’m out and about, then it shouldn’t matter to me. Especially when they’re young enough to have as little romantic history as me! Besides, the dumbfounded look on that one girl’s face that actually asked my age _was_ pretty amusing.
It might not have been so amusing if she didn’t recover from it by the time I dropped she and her friends off at the hospital, though! What is it with these girls anyway - ? Is there something in the eyes of a guy who hasn’t had a girlfriend in XX years that drives girls wild? 
Maybe they see an older shy guy as a challenge? Maybe… …HEY - did I leave that thought monitor on again?!! CLICK} \o:
Umm… was I saying anything important? Obviously not.
Don’t worry about “coming clean” some day. As long as that stuff didn’t get in the way of you leading a happy, successful life and you didn’t intentionally hurt anyone, I suspect they’ll get used to it pretty quick and smile that there was so much more to you than they’d realized.
How do you keep all this from them anyway? Did you make a dummy site to show them if they insist on a peek at what you’ve been up to? Maybe I should just read your archives to find out. Hmm… How many years did you say you’ve been writing online? \o:
