cousins!

My maternal aunt just smsed that she’s on labor and on her way to the hospital . Yay, a new cousin! She doesn’t know if it’s going to be a girl or a boy ( My aunt has 3 boys). If it’s a boy, she’ll name her Matthew. Woohoo, I just love that name. Matthew…Matthew…Matthew!! She doesn’t have a name for a girl but my sister and I suggested Julia. Then, there is my paternal aunt about to give birth anytime soon but she knows the baby is a girl from the ultrasound (This aunt has 2 girls already). I’m really excited. That brings us a total of 18 cousins on my mom’s side and a total of 10 cousins on my dad’s side (all girls). That’s nothing compared to mom’s 80 first cousins (all on her maternal side) . That’s a lot huh?

How many do you have?

meh my family is rather low on the first cousin count… i think it\’s 3 all up. Thats rather weak. It would have been more if my mums oldest brother hadn\’t have died after Vietnam, and her other brother wasn\’t a nut.
