Latin!
Martin urged me to apply at this Catholic college somewhere in the East Coast. He’s also applying there so okay, I said I’d take a look at it since they offered scholarships to international students. Eeps, I don’t think this college is for me. It’s not because it’s a Catholic campus but the fact that Latin is a required subject in 2 semesters. I could barely even pass my Spanish classes. Not to mention, Math is also a core subject for 2 semesters. I might be able to handle Math but Latin?…never mind.

You can manage Latin Lauryn! Schools teach it here starting at 7th grade. You are smart, really. It´s more learning by heart than anything else.
