state of rebellion declared.
The latest news: “The declaration of a state of rebellion paves the way for the mutineers to be arrested without a warrant from the courts, aide to President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo Roberto Pagdanganan said.”
Well I’m just waiting for that 5:00 PM deadline for rebel soldiers to surrender. That is 3 hours from now.
