Dodo’s threaded comments hack for b2,

Thanks to Dodo for the the threaded comments hack for b2. I had some problems but thanks to Phona for helping me out and Lele for the inspiration. So I’ve added the threaded hack at fated and nimrodel.net. And the good news is that in the latter, it still validates .

    Oh! Lele convinced me to install that hack too… and I really like it. :) At first it was hard to get use to, but separating the comment sections with divs helped me. :)
