June 27 is Daily Grind
We have a Daily Grind today. Ack, I don’t really like my Canon Ixus. I still don’t understand the features and all the buttons. I guess I was used to my Sony cybershot 2 megapixel.
First of all, it’s slow to power on.
Second, it’s not exactly point and shoot. It’s goddamn slow. When you press the button, it needs to focus and you have to press hard to take the pics. In Sony, it’s instant pictures. CLICK and that’s it. What about those moving objects? Blurry…eh.
The colors are vivid and all but eh….
Expect blurry pics.
How disappointing.

are you using automatic mode? cause if so, the pics shouldn’t be coming out blurry! the only time i ever get blurry pics is from using manual mode and that requires a lot of steadiness and focus.
how long does it take to power up? mine takes 2 seconds around, but i read that in the upgraded version.. the process is faster
but if you’re unhappy, can you return and exchange for the sony then? a camera is no good if the user doesn’t like it!
Yup automatic mode. I guess I’m just not used to it yet but am getting there.. The colors are really crisp and clear.
